We’re excited to announce Clara Kridler has joined our leadership team as our first-ever Chief People Officer. As we continue to grow, we know that our people are the driving force behind Hologram, and this new role is a reflection of that.
“During our fast-paced growth period, I’m thrilled to welcome Clara to our team. Talented team members are the core of what we do here at Hologram - and without great people, none of our success or growth is possible. Great people lead to iconic culture and I’m thrilled she’ll be leading our holistic employee experience efforts,” said Ben Forgan, CEO and co-founder of Hologram.
Our aim is to maintain a people-first company where team members can do their best work. As a remote-first company, we know that mindfulness is critical to fostering a productive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. As we scale, that means reinforcing the aspects of our culture that are key to our identity while continuously improving on our strong foundation. In her new role, Clara will lead the effort to build and implement systems for our People function that enable our company culture and team to grow and evolve.
“Hologram’s culture of transparency, mindfulness, and ownership was one of the main reasons I wanted to join the team. I’m excited to work with the team to position employees to do the best work of their career while building an enduring culture and company,” said Clara.
Prior to joining Hologram, Clara was Senior Director of State Management at fellow Drive Capital portfolio company Root, Inc. At Root, she also served on the executive team as VP of People, growing the company’s team from 15 to more than 900 employees. She brings a wealth of experience in key functions, including recruiting, engagement, performance management, and DEI.
