We’re excited to announce Clara Kridler has joined our leadership team as our first-ever Chief People Officer. As we continue to grow, we know that our people are the driving force behind Hologram, and this new role is a reflection of that.

Our aim is to maintain a people-first company where team members can do their best work. As a remote-first company, we know that mindfulness is critical to fostering a productive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. As we scale, that means reinforcing the aspects of our culture that are key to our identity while continuously improving on our strong foundation. In her new role, Clara will lead the effort to build and implement systems for our People function that enable our company culture and team to grow and evolve.

Prior to joining Hologram, Clara was Senior Director of State Management at fellow Drive Capital portfolio company Root, Inc. At Root, she also served on the executive team as VP of People, growing the company’s team from 15 to more than 900 employees. She brings a wealth of experience in key functions, including recruiting, engagement, performance management, and DEI.
